My main concern would be liability. Even if the person riding the ATV on my property isn't doing anything malicious, suppose he hits a hidden stump or ditch, gets thrown off and hurts himself. In this state, there is precendence for a trespasser suing an owner for negligent maintenance of property that caused the trespasser injury, and winning. It isn't right, but that's what our wonder judges and lawyers have decided.
