well, unless the house in inhabited you will most likely continue to have problems with snoopers/thieves and ATVers. Most people don't care about anything unless they have to pay. People will do most anything if they think they can get away with it and some people are just bold and brassy to no end and would do it right in front of you. Then after you do happen to catch somebody, they'll problably end up hating you and be the ones throwing eggs at your house on Halloween, totally not realizing that they were the ones in the wrong.
