I'm battling with a nieghbor that wants to get me into court, one way or another, in order to gain control of my land. With that hanging over my head, I'm getting to know the legal system much closer than I'd like. I'm getting to the point that I can smell lawyers a mile away. Even if you're not an attorney, I'd bet that there's one real close to you, and your "research". There are good lawyers, and bad ones, just like any "trade" or profession. The bad ones make it impossible for the good, honest ones to operate, without being looked at like a criminal. With that said, you won't get any co-operation from those of us that could be potential "victims" of over-zealous attorneys. Where we are "victimized", is higher insurance rates, on our farms, business's, homes, and hobbies (tractors being one such hobby). If you have a legitimate "claim" against "Universal Tractor", you wouldn't need the opinions of our message board. There are many sources for the information you're looking for. Any attorney worth his salt, would know right where to go, to get that information. You need not drag us in on your "scheme". Don't look for any "sympathy" from anyone else on here, either. JMHO, John

Elliott said while this
