A few years back, a bud bought a car that literally threw itself off the road at 50 miles an hour. Didn't notice it in the test drive because they were on city streets. The front tire on the passenger side was the culprit, bouncing so wildly that the car just went for the ditch. The tire was balanced in the shop, but it happened again, so they took the tire off the rim. About a gallon of water came out of the tire. That's 8 pounds suddenly going to one side of the tire. Sorry, if I have a problem tire, it gets replaced. As for washing machines, I've got a Swedish made front loader that spins at 1200 rpm and doesn't vibrate. Pretty neat.
