There is a plate with 4 bolts on bottom of transmission. About where foot plates are. Inside is your PTO Clutch, has a notched adjustment nut. Roll PTO Clutch arround till you find Spring loaded pin in one of the notches. Depress pin & turn adjustment nut clockwise about 3 notches ( I use 2 flat blade screwdrivers) and see how lever works may need more?? Once you get it to click in and out next Question is will it hold??? If it will not hold under load you will have to split tractor & replace clutch disks. If you get into more than adjustments probably will need a Shop Manual. If I can help just let me know. I'm in the process of rebuilding a 550 Gas right now. So I have the tools & parts & shop manual strung all over the wife's garage.
