Well I think you took it wrong. Getting manuals is a first if you have to ask "what do I do now", even if you know tractors a manual can keep you from making a mistake. And as for lubeing the tractor, that costs little, and can go a long way towards preventing any damage while you decide to do or not do anything else. Also changing all the oils is a good way to be pokeing around the tractor learning about it. The tune up stuff,with a manual most should be able to handle that, except for maybe the points and condenser change. I would say a manual may even say how to clean the fuel strainer. And what does it being his wife have to do with it? She could be interested in learning about tractors, there are women who are. Or she could just be posting for him, passing on the information to him. Either way I standby what I have said in these two posts. What do you recomend? Feel free to give her better advise, maybe she will take your advise instead of mine, as she should if yours is better.
