5.9 Cummins coolant drain

Can anyone tell me where to drain the coolant from the block of a 01 5.9 Cummins diesel? I have the Dodge maintenance books and they are very vague and do not show the location, I found the radiator drain and can't locate the one on the block. Thanks in advance.
