Ford 6700

Went and looked at a JD 2130 and decided that it was junk. But I noticed a ford 6700 that was in good shape, and was courious if there are any special things that these beast would have problems with that I should look for? When started It does sound like it is knocking, but only when it is in nuetral and not in gear. Are front end loaders availible for this? As always thanks in advance.
