After laying on it's side for 20 minutes you really should have pulled the injectors and rolled the engine over with the starter. If enough oil gets past the rings to the top side of the cylinder, you may get a hydrostatic lock and bend a rod. Oil is not compressable like air. Did the unit crank over easily on the first start after getting it back on it's feet? If it kind of locked up, you had too much oil on top.
