I'd have to say the speculation was well earned by the US government. The same government that still hasn't provided the 9/11 relief it promised to New York. The same government who never even bothered to offer that relief to the Pentagon victims. The same government that hasn't provided the flood relief promised here. The list goes on and on. Glad you did well with the VA. After years of fighting them they finally won through grinding me down. Demands I fill out forms they didn't send me. Insisting I show up for hearings weeks in the past. Then there was their own private kangaroo courts.
