According to the news reports, ALL the taxis in Iraq are orange and white. It wouldn't do to drop bombs on them all now would it? The US $100 bill is the currency of choice worldwide for drug dealers, arms merchants and other ne'er do well types. Also according to various news reports, virtually all blackmarket and underworld transactions are conducted with US $100 bills. Even the bad guys know which currency is accepted everywhere.
