when looking at digital cameras. check how long from the time you press the shutter button until the pictures is taken and how fast you can take the next picture.
I have a Kodak that takes great pictures, however it drives me crazy trying to time the shots. Example daughter graduated with MBA, had to press the button before she was given the diploma and thought the picture was taken as she walked alway. found out it was a perfect shot, so I got lucky this time. at my sons high school graduation did not get lucky and had some bad pictures. So all I am trying to say is if snapshots of action is important then check before buying. Mine is fine for still shots of equipment, people etc.
