Where did you get the info that says you need two tiedowns on each end of a 5000 lb tractor.
Where does it say that a 9000 lb gvw truck does not have to follow the rules for safe tiedown.
How does the 10ft rule not apply to equiptment.
I am all ways willing to be proved wrong and learn some thing.
