It could all be true (I've never used PayPal myself), but I find it interesting that someone who claims to have been a "middle management type" at PayPal would mispell PayPal as "Pay-Pal". Anyone who has worked at a company for more than a few days would at least learn to get the name right.

My suspicion is that this was written by a disgruntled customer based on his own experiences. He's probably fishing for a lawyer willing to take his case, based on the last paragraph.
