That's the way the system works. New machinery dealers do it that way also. You have got to remember that items such as wheel weights, hydraulic cylinders, etc. etc. were optional equipment, and were not a part of the original tractor. Plus, someday, you may be looking for an accesory for your tractor, and the part you find just might be the same part that was removed from a so-called "scalper" tractor. If you want a tractor with all the extras on it, all you need to do is go to the auction and be the high bidder.
