I have a 3 cyl perkins in MF 203 industrial I just plug in the block heater let it sit a couple hours and it starts right up. I don't even know where the manifold heater is or if one is on it I have the manuals for all that stuff if you want drop me an email at rodswinamer@yahoo.ca
