I didn't bother following this thread, until your "I'm sorry" statement a page ahead of this.... ;) I'll throw my 2 cents in here, as it's on page 2 already & only the hard core will bother to see it. So, I guess you see how these type of discussions get out of hand. All of a sudden we are discussing the pros & cons of abortion. On a tractor discussion page?????? Why? I've noticed a whole lot of off-topic stuff of late. This is what it leads to. I see your 'appology' thread getting pretty long too. As someone here said, this place is supposed to be a break from the hard facts of life. Come here, hang out, discuss older tractors & related items. Have fun. I hope lots of people are learning something from this. Off-topic discussion just runs a form into the ground. Even if it's good discussion. --->Paul

Third Brush Generators - by Chris Pratt. While I love straightening sheet metal, cleaning, and painting old tractors, I use every excuse to avoid working on the on the electrics. I find the whole process sheer mystery. I have picked up and attempted to read every auto and farm electrics book with no improvement in the situation.
