I don't know unless they have completely revamped their electrical grid in europe this picture was not taken there. Definently a scam, picture was taken some where in the US. Do they really think we are that stupid.And I totally agree on the price being way under. Think I could get them to deliver COD...to my door

Third Brush Generators - by Chris Pratt. While I love straightening sheet metal, cleaning, and painting old tractors, I use every excuse to avoid working on the on the electrics. I find the whole process sheer mystery. I have picked up and attempted to read every auto and farm electrics book with no improvement in the situation.
