I don't know unless they have completely revamped their electrical grid in europe this picture was not taken there. Definently a scam, picture was taken some where in the US. Do they really think we are that stupid.And I totally agree on the price being way under. Think I could get them to deliver COD...to my door Laughing out loud stomping both feet trying to keep from falling out of my chair !!!!!
