Buy it.
Detroit Diesel parts are the cheapest and most abundant on the market. Use all the latest"N" series high compression sleeves, pistons and injectors. Always install new valves,seats and guides. Grinding the old ones just sinks the valves making them miserable to start. Use the heavy valve springs too.
Wear quality ear plugs always when operating. Great machine at tractor shows. The Detroit scream makes dogs wimper and hide, children run crying to thier Mothers and senior citizens scowl.
