The way my computer is set up, the downloaded .wav file reside in C:\Windows\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\ When you clear your internet files, be sure to click the "Delete All Offline Content" checkbox. This will dump all the junk that gets glued to your computer. This is a good question you have posed, and I navigated around in Windows Explorer to find out some things before responding. To find out exactly where your .wav files reside, go to Windows Explorer and under Tools, Find Files, type in *.wav and search your entire hard drive. This will give you a visual of how all those things are arranged.
