What paul said happens all over the USA. We are babyed and can not think for ourselves. This is directly the fault of the trial lawyer, and either stupid, or geady people. I try to keep all safety items in place. If I were to sell my tractor or other equipment and someone got hurt on it, who knows it might come back on me. But some have gotten rediculous. Like the JD 455 lawn tractor I have, the mower deck will quit when you back up unless you pull up on the engaugement knob! How dumb is that.
