Assuming yours is a piston pump, there are six pistons with springs in that pump. Possibly some of the springs are broken, will cause the pump to pump slow. That shouldn't have anything to do with it lowering slow, however. What do you have for a valve for the loader? Your valve may have a single action mode you are not using. Might be lever got bent or worn enough to not let the spool open enough to let loader down quickly. I have a one arm 722 and when it is cold, it is slow as molasses, but when the oil warms up, it ain't half bad.
