Massey 135, 3cyl gas The roll pin that holds the gear on at the bottom of the distributor rod sheared off. Of course I did not know that at the time and I continued to turn the motor over trying to troubleshoot the problem. This is when I realized the distributor rotor was not turning. So, I marked the distributor, pulled it out, and fixed the gear with a new roll pin. After reassembling the tractor still would not start... backfired a lot, but did not start. Little did I realize that the tractor is now out of time. Are there timing marks? What steps should I take to try to get the motor at least started to where I can adjust the time? I have not gotten a manual as of yet.. Maybe that should be my first step. Any help or suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Dan
