I had a similar experience with a John Deere dealer in Spokane. I told him exactly what I wanted. His reply was, "Why!" and he proceeded to tell me what he I should have. He didn't try to convince me or sell me - he told me. I left and went to a Massey Ferguson dealer and told them what I wanted. They said, "No problem, when would you like it." Walter Implement in Airway Heights has always treated me well. I try to tell everyone who the bad dealers are and who the goods ones are. I am sick of poor service these days. I complain to the dealership owners and then I follow it up with a letter to the manufacturer
