Thanks for the therapy. You know, when mail order is involved, there is a certain amount of trust that needs to be present. If a buyer says he's sending the money then I guess the seller has to say its sold and wait and see. Unless everyone is going to have to go to the buyers place to buy it. Unfortunately I have seen this man's name in ads before, you would think he would know better. I never thought of the 'price too low' remorse he might be having.
