It could be any or all the problems mentioned, however I can tell you my experiance with a friends 620 with the same problem. First of all I assume it has the onan deisel in it, by all means get the manuals for it. Its a rather strange and rare critter, but to my friends problem first of all check battery & connections [or batteries if it has the cold start option] his biggest problem was lack of cranking speed. A new cable cured it, also check that the glow plugs are working. Pay particular attention to the switch in the dash and the wiring where it passes the articulated steering joint forward. Then check the solenoid that activates it. That solenoid is identical to the starter solenoid and they are stacked right on top of each other in the engine compartment.
