Hello, I live in the Ozark hills of southwest Missouri, and all we have here for soil is flint rock and limestone, and saying that, I have a Bellteck auger, and you can't beat them. Have your pocketbopok open to the large section, but I run this on the back of an International 806, and on an M Farmall, and it just won't stop digging. With those special teeth, and the hydraulic downpressure, it just goes down. Wouldn't get rid of mine for anything. If you have to dig one hole through this rock down here, it's worth just about anything. I've seen guys dig them by hand with a straight bar and a set of diggers, and literally take a half day to dig a good corner post. This one will dig one in about 10 minutes. They are the best.
