alternator wiring

Here is the Delco Remy alternator on the AC: From the back side it has 3 lugs... 1)Battery connection and ground (obvious hook up). 2) Horzontal spade terminals designated "F and R". My question: 1). What is the wiring diagram (main question). 2). Is this an internal regulator (it had an external regulator hooked to a 6v battery..the change up will be a 12V battery (since it has an alternator). 3). And the best place for a wiring harness I will need before placin order. It has an on/off single throw toggle switch that has been suggested to change to keyed switch. This tractor was parked too close to a barn that the previous owner "accidently" burnt down, and the original wiring (cloth) insulation did not survive. It is very close to planting season and I help asap. Thanks, Jerry Wayne in eastern Oregon.
