did you take a GOOD look at the throttle ?
My mom's looks as though it will fail at the mounting point after a thousand hours or so. I have to keep tightening it every year so it will stay where you set it. (she has 100 hrs on it)
Engine tranny seem O.K. it's the little things that don't seem quite up to spec.
