I have the same problem,I either forget how many square feet in an acre,or forget what the odometer reading was when I started out,or the pen quits working at the farthest end of a field. Finally bought a GPS unit,it sure makes my life easier if I "remember" to set the waypoints on the corners,take it home,download it into the computer,and print out field maps.
