I see your point, however who is to judge whether the transaction is in fact dishonest or not? Obviously, both sides have a story to tell and the accuser could be totally wrong yet feel that posting the sellers name is OK. As far as the seller having a chance to post his opposition to the buyers claim here on the forum, that is something which most would not even consider getting involved in. Two people throwing stones turns the whole thing into a needless fight in public which makes things even worse. And do we think that all sellers spend their time here on the discussion forum? I doubt it somehow.
