I do this all the time. Hire someone with a rotavator to come in, and tell them "what you want it to look like" when there done. "If" they know what they are doing, it will be ready to plant when they leave. No plowing, leveling or anything else will be needed. In extreme cases, i have seen fields that i've had to go over two times, one week apart. Also, depending on what it looks like to start with, you may need to brush hog it before rotavateing? Robert
