My only experience with this kind of sticking valve was on an old 9N that my neighbor had. It has an 'L' Head (valve in block) engine and it had a chronic problem with the valves sticking, mainly ue to non use. My neighbor mixed a pint of automatic transmission fluid with a tank of gas and he claims the problem went away. If I had the problem, I'd use some brake cleaner on the valve stems to get the varnish ands gum of them then I'd use a pint of Marvel Mystery Oil with a tank a gas and see if it worked. Rislone in the oil should also help. Sounds like you've all ready done this so run it and see how it goes. And let us know what you find out.
