Lee Boy , PSI, FIat Allis all make a small grader the Lee Boys being the smallest. My best recomendation is to buy aan AC DD its a little 4 cylinder gas buner with a 4 speed manual trans mission. It had the tandem axles on the walking beams to. My brother and I restored one to use in his construction company. Id didnt have power seering but it didnt nead it. It had hydraulic wheel lean, and blade but the blade angle was manual. You tilited the blade then a rope was pulled and you could pull forward and it would angle the blade. It also had a manual blade pitch and sidshift. We got 75 dollars an hour for the little machine and it stayed busy. You can pic a good one up for 4000 to 5000. They are super easy to work on. and dan be towed with a 1 ton truck.
