HELP transmission noise

I have a Kubota L3000DT that is about 10 months old. When I first start to drive it when the motor and everything is cool there are no noises. After I mow, with a 3-point mower, for a few hours and it warms up it makes a noise in 4th gear. There is a slight noise in 3rd gear. The noise makes me think it may be a roller bearing that is loose or not getting lubrication. This is not a roaring sound. This only happens when the tractor is moving and the pto does not seem to have anything to do with it. None of the lug nuts are loose, and I dont think it is over heating the guage says its cool and I keep the radiator and the radiator screen clean. Thanks in advance
