Hmmm tough call on that one. But I do think that each situation has its own distinction between a potential disaster or not. If that guy had three of his Islam buddys with him and they were acting belligerent then I would say he** yes call the cops.

Third Brush Generators - by Chris Pratt. While I love straightening sheet metal, cleaning, and painting old tractors, I use every excuse to avoid working on the on the electrics.
