Where is realdiesel.com?

I have an injector pump requiring overhaul/exchange and since I used these folks in the past, with excellent results, I attempted to contact them again.

Can't get email or (888) 349-9461 response. Can anyone shed any light on why they are incommunicado? I first called last week and thought they may be out of town for the holidays. This morning brought no results either (Monday).

Additionally, have any of you used online injector services and been satisfied with the cycle time, delivery, service, performance and price...phew?
