Jonathan, I'm definitely with BobMo and Les on this one, but there is a flip side to every coin. If land is being sold, it's likely because the market is good, and folks are selling and moving on in their lives. Sounds like the old tractor market is somewhat flooded in your AO, that will turn around before you know it. The folks with the C's and A's will soon be looking for the H's and M's when they need more HP. So take advantage of it and pick out the best of the lot for your own future. Don't sweat the food supply, agribusiness has it under control. Meanwhile, encourage the local "yuppie's" to produce good healthy food. "Give a man a fish and he will eat for day. Teach him to fish and he will eat for a lifetime." And so will we all! Best of luck to you and your neighbors. Jared
