Rim size needed

I have a tractor with the rear tire size of 13.6-38, the rim is an eight loop. I need a rear rim but I have been told two different sizes 12X38 eight loop rim, and also a 14X38. Can anybody tell me which one is the correct size rim I need.
By the way the tractor is a 1966 Ford 5000.
