seriously, I will jump in on that barn thing- got a solid 3 level dairy barn 3 miles from the thruway in Oneida, stone and block foundation crumbling away - free for the dismantling. Lots of straight grayed siding, good beams, good metal roof and steel silo. ? dont need it, will cost $3-5k to knock down with excavator.
