We had a 1270 that sheared the clutch pack bolts off (wouldn't powershift at all) and the mechanic checked that by running a hydraulic pressure test. Was fine in 1 but when powershifted to 2 it would have no pressure, massive internal leak. Maybe you have some sorta internal leak at the clutches or maybe it is just a plugged filter or possibly a sticky valve in the powershift valvebody? Just throwing ideas around.
