I can't tell you what new filters cost as I bought 30 of them when I bought the new F350 at $11.??. About 6mths latter, all of a sudden they jumped up too the mid $17 range.

I got the Racor Inf-4596 as Racor was the original filter mfg. Fleetguard #FF-5418, Baldwin PF-7698, Wix also builds one but I don't have the number.

We are talking about the 7.3? As $28 sounds high priced.
