I don't get it! Why would you use a "pace tractor" to regulate the puller's speed down the track? Hook'em up and let 'em go! If a guy was wantin' use his throttle to it's full potential {adjusting to the conditions which change down the track} your pace tractor rules would screw that up! Sounds rather ridiculous to me! {Just My Opinion!} And the term "sandbagging" implied to me, cheating on weight and/or distributions. Rather confusing in my opinion! Maybe you folks need a different term... how about "doggin' the pace tractor" {since you all are so tied up in knots about speedlimits!}
