calcium leak

the loader rear tire on my cockshutt 30 is leaking.I do not want to start a debate on the pros&cons of loaded tire but need some solid advice on how to get the stuff out so I can repair it.I have a income of zero right now so the tire guy is not a option and I do not want to let it sit and rot until I can afford a service call.
