830LPs were about all that were sold in Texas because at that time Butane was 7-9 cents A gallon but cotton was 12 to 15 cents A#,too, only A very few diesels, and hardly any gasoline were sold, starting in 1951 nearly all tractors were factory equipped or changed over.so nothing rare about butane tractors of any make here!! Earthmaster Project Progress Just a little update on my Earthmaster......it's back from the dead! I pulled the head, and soaked the stuck valves with mystery oil overnight, re-installed the head, and bingo, the compression returned. But alas, my carb foiled me again, it would fire a second then flood out.
