At least you will know what it is costing you. My daughter had a failing sump pan on a Ford Fiesta and she took it to one of her local garages and was unhappy to pay over £200 for them to put a new one on. If only she had asked Dad. I would have found a good one at the local scrappie and fitted it for the cost of a gasket and the new old pan.
Well, at least you didn't run it with the oil light on!!
