Have you ever seen this?

A couple days ago here in St. Louis I saw someone bar tow a ford tractor with his pickup truck. I have never seen that done before. I would never imagine trying to do it on the highway. This guy was going 50-60 miles per hour! I'm guessing the tractor was in the 50-75 hp class, it was blue and white, but it went bye so fast I didn't get a good look at anything but the back tires going really fast. Seems awful dangerous to me.
