Ya but just think how the high gas prices hurt the old people on fixed incomes. And also the fact that there is only X number of gallions of crude that can be pumped out of the ground. Also a lot of cost in highways is there because of the way they build them, like the time I was working on a highway thing and one day we removed dirt just to put it back the next day because some one made a mistake. I made gross $1500 and that was just me there where 4 other dump trucks on the job. Other cars where the Simpca, the Renualts, R10, R8 and the dulphine. All of them where 4 door cars with room for 4 people.
