1973 ford 3000 diesel tractor

When I start my tractor it runs fine until it warms up to running temptature, then it starts missing and loses power. If i shut it off then start it right back up it will run fine for a minute or two and then it starts to do it again. i drained the tank, replaced filter, and put new fuel injectors in it, but it didn't seem to help. any ideas?
