Guy's As a favor to my 78 year old neighbor he ask me to look at his 1939 farmall, he bought a volatage regulator and didn't know how to wire it. the regulator has 4 leads bat, gen, f with a resistor and L. I wired it according to the diagram. Generator pole A to voltage regulator GEN, Generator pole f to voltage regulator F with resistor. Took the battery wire from tractor and put it voltage regulator terminal BAT, Took other line from tractor lights/ammeter and put it on L. battery still does noy charge. looked at ammeter while it runs does not dischage, turn on lights and ammeter drops to about 10 on discharge. Does anyone have a schematic or could help me out? Thank You
